We improve access to justice by accelerating the resolution of legal matters. We do this by creating Sagebrush Standards, a CLI-driven framework that enforces standardized formats for legal documents and workflows, eliminating bikeshedding and enabling seamless interaction with language models and machine learning systems.

• Eliminate Bikeshedding: Legal professionals waste countless hours on formatting and style debates. Sagebrush Standards automates these decisions, inspired by tools like Ruff for Python.
• Standardized Workflows: Define once, reuse everywhere. Common legal processes (notarization, e-signatures, document generation) follow consistent patterns.
• Plug-and-Play Architecture: Any service can integrate as long as it conforms to the Sagebrush Standards specification. For example, multiple notarization or e-signature providers can work interchangeably.
• AI-Ready: Structured, validated legal documents that language models can reliably process and reason about.
